These terms and conditions govern membership of, and participation in, Hope in Unity by Conrad (“the Club”), operated at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. By applying for membership, purchasing a promotion or attending a Club event, you agree to the terms below. This is placeholder copy for design review and does not constitute a legal document.

Club membership is personal, non-transferable and available to applicants aged 21 and over. Membership tiers, benefits and fees are described in the current membership brochure and may be updated from time to time with 30 days’ notice.
Membership cards (physical or digital) must be presented to access member pricing and member-only areas. Lost cards should be reported to the membership team; replacements may carry an administrative fee.
The Club may decline or revoke membership at its discretion, including for breach of these terms or of hotel policies. Where membership is revoked for breach, fees for the unexpired term are not refundable.
Reservations are recommended for all venues and required for ticketed events, supper clubs and brunch. Bookings can be made through the Club app, by telephone or by email.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a booking incur no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows for ticketed experiences may be charged up to the full ticket price.
Tables held against a minimum spend are released 20 minutes after the reserved time unless the venue is notified of a delay.
Promotional pricing, inclusions and schedules are as published on the Club’s promotions page and are subject to availability. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.
Each promotion is valid only for the dates indicated. The Club may amend or withdraw a promotion at any time; bookings already confirmed will be honoured at the promotional terms.
Beverage-inclusive packages are served responsibly in line with UAE licensing regulations; service may be paused or refused in accordance with responsible-service policies.
Licensed venues and evening programmes are restricted to guests aged 21 and over. Daytime family access to the Beach & Pool Club is available as published; children must be supervised at all times.
Smart-casual dress applies across Club venues after 18:00. Swimwear is appropriate only at the Beach & Pool Club. Management reserves the right to refuse entry where the dress code is not met.
The Club is a shared space. Behaviour that endangers, harasses or materially disturbs other guests or colleagues will result in removal and may result in termination of membership.
Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams and are inclusive of applicable service charge, municipality fees and VAT unless stated otherwise.
A valid payment card may be required to secure bookings. Member accounts must be settled monthly; overdue accounts may result in suspension of benefits.
Club events may be photographed or filmed for the Club’s marketing. Guests who prefer not to appear should notify the team on arrival and reasonable steps will be taken to accommodate this.
Personal data collected in connection with membership and bookings is processed in accordance with the hotel’s privacy notice, available on request and on the hotel website.
To the extent permitted by law, the Club and hotel accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property, or for injury arising from failure to follow venue rules, lifeguard instructions or posted safety guidance.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable UAE law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The Club may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies. Material changes affecting members will be notified by email with 30 days’ notice.
